About Us The Placet is a Pune-based marketing agency working with some of the city's leading F&B; and hospitality brands. Our client roster includes fine dining, cafes, and lifestyle spaces where we lead social media strategy, content, and community growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can take ownership of growing our client accounts -someone who understands platforms inside out, knows how the algorithm actually works, and has hands-on experience collaborating with creators and influencers.

What You'll Do

- Grow follower counts, reach, and engagement across client Instagram and other social accounts
- Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with content creators and influencers for collaborations and shoots
- Plan and execute content calendars in line with each brand's voice and goals
- Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable content decisions
- Spot trends early and adapt them for client brands in a timely, relevant way




- Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Manage day-to-day posting, stories, and community engagement (responding to comments/DMs)
- Support on-ground content shoots and coordinate logistics when required
- Present growth updates and content performance to clients when needed

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with creators/influencers — outreach, briefing, and collaboration
- Robust understanding of Instagram's algorithm, reach mechanics, and content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
- A track record of growing social media accounts (please be ready to share examples/numbers)
- Excellent written communication and an eye for brand voice and aesthetics
- Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

• Bonus: interest or experience in the F&B;/hospitality space
