About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and basic social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms .
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars .
- Write engaging captions, post copy, hashtags, and creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create social media creatives.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other content formats.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports with key metrics and insights.
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Assist with social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and promotional activities .
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing objectives.





Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing .
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing and communication skills .
- Good knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to create engaging content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools .
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Valuable to Have
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / paid social media campaigns .
- Experience with short-form video/reel content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms .
- Previous experience working with multiple brands or digital marketing agencies.
