Porcellia — Social Media Executive

Porcellia is a boutique growth marketing agency scaling high-potential D2C brands across beauty, wellness, fashion and food. We blend creativity with conversion, storytelling with structure, and fun with performance.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own social media across several of our client brands — from the research that shapes the plan to the reels that go live.

Location: Preferred- Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Remote for an exceptional candidate can be considered.

Compensation- 35-60k depending on experience and skills

Our social work runs in four stages. You'll own all of them.

Insights

- Competitor teardowns across the brand's category
- Reading brand performance data and working out what it's actually saying
- Audience, platform and cultural research that shapes what comes next

Strategy

- Turning insights into a real social strategy: platform mix, content pillars, formats, cadence
- Deciding what we test each month, and why

Execution

- Managing timelines on copy, design, edits.
- Publishing and scheduling across platforms
- Community management — comments, DMs, sentiment
- Testing hooks and formats, then reporting what actually moved, not just what looked positive

Creators

- Finding creators before they're obvious, across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and X
- Building and maintaining our creator database:



engagement, rates, past collaborations
- Running creator outreach and collaborations

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years running social for D2C brands and/or influencers with results you can point to
- You read analytics and come out with a point of view
- You spot trends early, and you can explain why they work
- Hands-on with copywriting and Canva skills for quick TATs (you ship trends without waiting on anyone)
- You care as much about what sold as about what went viral
- Beauty, wellness, fashion or food is a world you enjoy

Nice to have

- Experience across multiple brands or clients at once
- Familiarity with influencer sourcing and creator-brand collaborations
- Some exposure to paid social
