We are (NEOMEN Designers Pvt. Ltd.) an architectural firm based out of Noida. Our passion is to create the right architecture which promotes people to live, work and flourish. Job Location: Noida

Role: Social Media Executive

You will manage our social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility — from ideation to final execution and analysis.

If you have a knack for written and verbal communication and enjoy working in an interactive and growth-oriented setting, you could be an excellent fit for the role.

Objectives of this role

- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Houzz etc.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given Service/product line.

Your tasks

- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.




- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
- Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Required skills and qualifications

- Experience of at least one (1) years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
