The Role

We're looking for a Content Social Media Executive who's curious, creative, and ready to build a meaningful digital presence. You'll be working across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., shaping how the world sees and connects with Kaarigar.

Responsibilities

- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product drops

- Write explicit, engaging content across platforms

- Manage scheduling, posting, and community interaction

- Coordinate and curate reels, carousels, shorts, and video content

- Research trends and conversations on platforms like Quora and X

- Track content performance and share insights to improve results

Who You Are





- 1-3 years of experience in content or social media

- Strong copywriting skills and a good design sense (Canva or similar tools)

- Comfortable with Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Quora, X, and YouTube
- A curious learner, sincere, positive, and self-managed

- Bonus: Interested in fashion, crafts, culture, or digital storytelling
