Position: Social Media Executive/Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team, working across both Infidigit and Infigrowth brands.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketing, PR, social media, and digital marketing, along with a passion for content creation and brand storytelling. This role involves supporting end-to-end marketing activities - from campaign planning to execution - and contributing to building a strong online and offline brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns for Infidigit and Infigrowth.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for timely campaign execution.

Support brand-building, outreach, and award nomination initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Public Relations (PR) & Outreach:

Assist in drafting press releases, brand stories, and media communications.

Identify media features, collaborations, and award opportunities.

Coordinate with PR agencies and media outlets for coverage and brand visibility.

Support in maintaining and monitoring the brand reputation of Infidigit and Infigrowth.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and strategies for both brands.

Create and manage engaging content — posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos





Be comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy creating reels and video content.

Collaborate with the design/studio team to produce impactful creatives.

Stay updated with platform trends and analytics to improve performance.

Track and report social media metrics and insights.

Digital Marketing:

Support in digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Conduct keyword research, assist in campaign setup, and monitor performance.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for optimization and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, or social media roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be comfortable on camera and enjoy creating reels and engaging video content.

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms.

Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or BuzzSumo.

Creative mindset with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Basic video editing or reel creation experience.

Exposure to press release writing, influencer collaborations, or brand outreach.
