- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Good command of written English and grammar.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branding and creative agency environment.
