Job Overview :-

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive with 1 year of experience to manage and grow our presence across all major social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and lead-generation strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management-Handle end-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)-Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly-Monitor trends and implement relevant strategies to boost engagement
- Content Creation & Strategy-Develop creative content ideas including posts, reels, stories, and videos (Content Calendars)Write engaging captions and optimize content with relevant hashtags-Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives
- AI & Canva Content Creation-Create skilled social media posts, reels, stories, and other creatives using Canva and AI tools.-Use AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, visual concepts, and content optimization.-Stay updated with emerging AI tools and social media content trends.




- Lead Generation-Generate quality leads through organic and paid campaigns-Create lead funnels, landing page strategies, and CTA-driven content-Track and analyze lead conversion metrics
- Analytics & Reporting-Track KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports-Suggest improvements based on data insights

Required Skills:-

-Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital trends

-Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager-Understanding of lead generation strategies

-Strong communication and content writing skills

-Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar

-Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtags strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience working with campaigns focused on lead generation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,760.04 per month
