About the Role:

RL Robotics is seeking a highly creative Social Media Content Creator with a strong command of AI generation tools. You will drive our visual and audio content strategy, keeping us at the forefront of digital trends.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Media (BMM/BAMC, BMS), Information Technology, or a related field.
- Alternative: Open to candidates of any educational background who possess a robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in AI tools and video creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI Content Generation: Expertly utilize tools like Canva, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and other emerging AI platforms to generate high-quality audio-visual content.
- Asset Creation: Design and edit engaging Reels, social media posts,



posters, and marketing collateral.
- Trend Research: Continuously monitor and research viral trends, platform algorithm updates, and AI advancements to keep our content relevant.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with broader digital marketing campaigns and perform ad-hoc research tasks as assigned.
- Project Management: Deliver high-quality assets strictly within given deadlines.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proven proficiency with Canva and AI generation tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and adaptability.
