Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include ideating content topics aligned with LUFM’s brand and programs, writing captions and scripts, creating short-form and long-form content, and collaborating on visual assets with designers or video editors.

The role involves monitoring audience engagement, optimizing content based on performance data, and staying updated on trends in personal development,



psychology, and social media.

The Social Media Content

Creator will work closely with the founders and program teams to ensure content is accurate, impactful, and consistent with LUFM’s voice.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including planning, scripting, copywriting, and storytelling for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to develop content strategies that align with brand positioning, audience needs, and program offerings, with a focus on personal transformation and psychology.
- Competence in basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) to support visually compelling posts and short-form videos.
- Experience analyzing social media metrics, A/B testing content, and optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a robust grasp of en_US language and gender-neutral, inclusive expression.
- Demonstrated interest or background in personal development, applied psychology, coaching, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a small, quick-paced team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
