Qualifications:

Key Responsibilites:

- AI Content Generation: Expertly utilize tools like Canva, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and emerging AI platforms to generate high-quality audio-visual content.
- Asset Creation: Design and edit engaging Reels, social media posts, posters, and digital marketing collateral for both RL Robotics and broader group campaigns.
- Trend Research: Continuously monitor viral trends, platform algorithm updates, and AI advancements to maintain a competitive online presence.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with broader B2B and technical marketing campaigns, ad-hoc research, and promotional initiatives.
- Project Management: Deliver high-quality assets strictly within target deadlines.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proven proficiency with Canva and any AI generation tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Ability to present complex technical or industrial automation topics in engaging formats.
- Strong research skills, adaptability, and performance under tight deadlines.
