Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role focuses on UGC planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Day-to-day activities include designing posts and stories, writing captions and copy, editing short-form videos and reels, and coordinating with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Creator will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and suggest ideas to improve reach,



engagement, and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with designers, video editors, and account managers to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery for multiple clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in UGC social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video editing.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and using scheduling or analytics tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as branding, audience targeting, engagement strategies, and performance tracking.
- Ability to research trends, adapt content to different industries, and generate creative ideas that align with client objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an agency or content-focused role is preferred; familiarity with influencer marketing and AI/video tools is an advantage.
