About Artisanal Abode

Artisanal Abode is a contemporary furniture and collectible design studio based in Pune, working at the intersection of craft, material exploration and contemporary design. Our work brings traditional Indian craftsmanship into a modern context through furniture, objects and installations, with a robust focus on our signature Weaving in Metal practice.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive who can translate our design language, making process and studio journey into compelling digital content.

Role Overview The Social Media & Content Executive will be responsible for building and managing Artisanal Abode’s digital presence, with a strong focus on Instagram and visual storytelling.

This role requires someone who has a strong eye for design, understands aesthetics and can identify interesting stories within the everyday workings of a design studio—from artisans weaving metal and new prototypes being developed to exhibitions, installations and finished collectible pieces.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

- Plan and manage the monthly social media calendar.
- Develop content strategies for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual language, tone of voice and brand identity.
- Plan the right mix of Reels, Stories, carousels, product posts, process content and studio updates.
- Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them intelligently to suit a premium design brand rather than simply following trends.
- Track performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement and audience quality.

Content Creation

- Regularly photograph and film products, prototypes, artisans, materials and processes within the studio and workshop.
- Create high-quality Reels and short-form videos, including shooting, editing, music selection, transitions and basic colour correction.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments that communicate the craftsmanship and experimentation behind each piece.
- Create content around exhibitions, launches, collaborations,



installations and events.
- Develop visually strong Stories and simple graphic content aligned with the Artisanal Abode aesthetic.
- Maintain an organised content bank of photographs, videos, process footage and finished project imagery.

Storytelling & Copy

- Write engaging captions that communicate the story behind our products, materials, artisans and processes.
- Develop content that goes beyond simply showing finished furniture and helps audiences understand how and why the work is made.
- Translate technical processes and craft stories into accessible, engaging narratives.
- Support copy and content requirements for launches, exhibitions and collaborations.

Brand Building

- Help position Artisanal Abode within the contemporary and collectible design space.
- Research relevant designers, galleries, architects, interior designers, publications and design platforms.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, features, cross-posting and organic visibility.
- Engage thoughtfully with the design community through comments, DMs and relevant conversations.
- Monitor how leading international furniture and collectible-design brands communicate digitally and bring relevant learnings to the studio.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility.
- Genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture, furniture, art, craft or luxury brands.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, particularly Reels, Stories and visual storytelling.
- Ability to shoot good-quality photographs and videos using a smartphone and/or camera.
- Strong video-editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva or other graphic-design tools.
- Good written English and ability to develop thoughtful, concise captions.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and spot content opportunities without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Organised and comfortable managing a consistent content schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
