? We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Marketing Associate — CreLynk

CreLynk is building the next generation of creator-brand collaboration in India.

We’re looking for a creative, hungry, and execution-focused Content Creator to join our founding team and help us build CreLynk’s voice, community, and growth from the ground up.

This isn’t a role where you simply receive a content calendar and post what you’re told.

You’ll be involved in content, marketing, growth, community, and experimentation — with the freedom to test ideas and directly see their impact.

What you’ll work on

? 1. Short-form content

- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Founder/startup content
- Product explainers
- Educational & entertaining creator-economy content
- Trend-based content

? 2. Social media & brand presence

- Manage and grow CreLynk’s social presence
- Plan and execute posting calendars
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs
- Build content series
- Experiment with formats, trends and storytelling

? 3. Marketing & growth

- Creator acquisition campaigns
- Brand acquisition campaigns
- Campus/community growth
- Referral & ambassador campaigns
- Organic growth experiments
- Help turn content into actual users, creators and brands

? 4. Creative strategy

- Research trends and competitor content
- Identify what Gen-Z creators actually engage with
- Develop current content concepts
- Test hooks, formats and messaging
- Analyze performance and continuously improve





What we’re looking for You don’t need 5 years of experience.

We care more about proof that you can create and execute.

You should

- Understand Instagram/Reels/YouTube Shorts culture
- Have solid creative instincts
- Be comfortable being on camera or directing others
- Know how to write a good hook
- Understand basic social media analytics
- Be willing to experiment aggressively
- Move fast and take ownership
- Actually care about building something from zero

Bonus: Editing skills, Canva/CapCut/Premiere experience, copywriting, community building, or previous startup/creator experience.
