Join Tracer as a Social Media & Community Manager

Tracer is in Beta, and we are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to help us build our presence online and grow our audience of creators, podcasters, and agencies.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just "post" but can engage deeply within communities, spark conversations, and represent the Tracer brand with personality.

What you’ll do

- Manage and grow Tracer’s presence on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Create engaging posts that highlight Tracer features, user success stories, and industry trends.
- Proactively engage with creators and podcasters in relevant subreddits and communities.
- Handle outbound outreach to potential users and influencers to drive traffic to our editor.
- Monitor feedback and share community insights with the product team.

What we’re looking for





- Proven experience managing social media for a tech or creator-focused brand.
- Native-level English writing skills with a sharp, engaging tone.
- Deep understanding of Reddit culture and how to engage without being "salesy."
- Ability to spot viral moments and create content around them.
- Self-starter who can work 10-15 hours weekly (remote).
