About the Role

We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Social Media & Reels Strategist who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You should live on Instagram, spot trends early, understand hooks and retention, and have a strong eye for fashion, jewelry, beauty and lifestyle content.

Our content team will provide the raw content. Your role is to turn that content into engaging, relevant and high-performing Reels and social media content.

What You’ll Do





- Develop and execute Instagram & Reels strategy for both brands
- Identify relevant trends, audios, formats, hooks and editing styles
- Review raw content and turn one shoot into multiple Reel ideas
- Conceptualise hooks, storytelling and opening frames
- Edit Reels yourself using tools
- Work closely with the content, creative and marketing teams
- Maintain a premium, luxury brand aesthetic while staying culturally relevant

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of Social media platform and short-form video
- Excellent sense of trends, hooks and viewer retention
- Hands-on Reel editing skills
- Strong creative and visual sense
- Ability to turn raw footage into multiple content ideas
- Creative, curious and constantly experimenting
- Tools you should be good at : Instagram Edits, Canva, VN, Claude, Capcut, Gemini, ChatGPT
