About the Role

KAnalytics is looking for a Social Media Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in social media listening, media monitoring, and content analysis .

The role involves monitoring online conversations, analysing sentiment and trends, identifying emerging narratives, and preparing insights to understand brand and public perception across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyse social media conversations across Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook .
- Conduct sentiment analysis across positive, negative, and neutral conversations.
- Identify important conversations, emerging trends, narratives, and issues.
- Analyse brand perception and public sentiment across online platforms.
- Perform social media listening and content analysis.
- Identify meaningful patterns and insights from social media conversations.
- Prepare transparent and concise analytical reports.
- Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders when required.
- Track relevant online conversations and highlight significant developments.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Listening, Social Media Analysis, Media Monitoring, Digital Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online conversations.
- Ability to analyse large volumes of content and identify relevant insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with social listening or media monitoring tools will be an advantage.
- This is an analytical role focused on monitoring and insights, not a social media marketing role.

Work Details Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off

Shift: Rotational shifts

Shift Duration: 9 hours

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Candidates: Mumbai-based candidates

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
