About the roleBDO India is looking for a seasoned SOC Associate to lead a team of analysts in a 24x7 security operations environment. The role combines handson monitoring, incident response, threat hunting and automation development for a diverse client base.Key responsibilitiesProvide roundtheclock monitoring of security alerts using a SIEM platform.Lead and mentor SOC analysts and associate consultants.Conduct incident response investigations and coordinate with forensic partners.Onboard current log sources, verify data ingestion, and create custom SIEM content.Support and configure cyber technologies such as firewalls, proxies, DLP, WAF, DDoS mitigation, NIPS, HIPS,



XDR and SOAR.Deploy solutions according to approved architectures and maintain SLA compliance.Participate in threathunting activities and develop automation business requirements.Required profile68 years of experience in security monitoring, SOC operations or related cybersecurity roles.Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.Valid CEH certification.Expertlevel knowledge and OEM certification on at least three of the listed cyber technologies.Required skillsSIEM platform administration and content creation.Incident response and forensic coordination.Log source onboarding and security log management.Firewall, proxy, DLP, WAF, DDoS, NIPS, HIPS, XDR and SOAR configuration.Threat hunting and security automation development. .
