Qualification :

Minimum 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma

Candidates with experience in construction/site quality inspection will be preferred.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

Inspect site work and identify snags/defects in:

Civil work

Electrical work

Plumbing work

Finishing work

Identify and record defects as per the Quality Checklist.

Coordinate with the concerned team for rectification and closure of snags.

Prepare site inspection/snag reports and submit them to the Supervisor/Engineer.

Conduct re-inspection to ensure all identified snags are properly rectified.

Maintain proper records of pending and closed snags.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at the site.

Required Skills

Good observation and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of civil/electrical/plumbing/finishing work

Ability to identify workmanship and quality issues

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Positive coordination and communication skills

Willingness to work at project sites
