We are looking for a Skin Clinic Manager, & Sales Counsellor with prior experience in dermatology , skin or aesthetic clinics ONLY.

This role combines patient counselling, treatment sales conversions, follow-ups

You will work closely with dermatologists to guide patients through treatment plans while ensuring high conversion, retention, and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning

Coordinate appointments, consultations, treatment schedules and patient flow

Manage front-desk and support staff and ensure adherence to SOPs

Coordinate closely with dermatologists, therapists and other clinic staff

Monitor inventory, consumables and treatment-related requirements

Patient counseling and conversions





- Counsel patients for laser treatments, anti-aging procedures, skin rejuvenation and dermatology treatments
- Explain treatment plans, expected results, pricing and timelines
- Convert consultations into paid treatment plans
- Drive monthly treatment revenue targets

Follow ups and patient retention

- Ensure strong consultation follow-ups and lead conversion
- Manage treatment package sales and repeat treatments
- Build long-term patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in a dermatology / aesthetic clinic

Experience in patient counselling and treatment sales

Proven track record in conversions and package sales

Familiar with laser treatments, injectables, or skin procedures

Profiles without dermatology / aesthetic clinic experience will not be considered.
