Technical Skill Development Trainer

Function: Technical Skill Development

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training programs for operators, technicians and apprentices.
- Develop training modules for Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, EV and Manufacturing skills.
- Provide hands-on practical training on machines, tools, equipment and production processes.
- Assess trainee knowledge, practical skills and competency.
- Identify skill gaps and prepare individual/team development plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams for training requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and skill matrices.
- Support current employee induction, OJT and upskilling/reskilling programs.
- Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and plant requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related technical field.
- Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/EV technologies.
- Good communication, presentation and hands-on training skills.
- Experience in technical skill development, OJT and competency assessment preferred.
