About the Role

Shri Balaji Service is looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations, coordinate with technicians, monitor service quality, and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop operations.

Coordinate and allocate work to technicians and workshop staff.

Monitor job cards, repair work, service quality, and timely delivery.

Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired according to Tata Motors standards.

Inspect completed jobs and ensure quality of work.

Handle customer/service-related queries professionally.

Maintain workshop discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper workflow.

Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Maintain necessary workshop records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with the Service Advisor, technicians,



and management for smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Tata Motors Workshop is mandatory.

Relevant experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

Good knowledge of automobile workshop operations and repair processes.

Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple jobs and work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or equivalent qualification is preferred.
