This is a full time on-site position based in New Delhi for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety guidelines, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, managing resources, inspecting work quality, preparing progress reports, and addressing any issues that arise to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction processes, project supervision, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong time-management, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management and construction-related software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA or PMP are advantageous
