Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Management:

- Ensure all hardware is operational and performs at optimal levels daily.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of hardware components to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues as they arise.

2. Software Management:

- Oversee the functionality of all software applications on-site.
- Perform regular updates and patches to maintain software performance and security.
- Report any software bugs or issues to the Project Manager promptly.

3. Inventory Management:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Track and manage the procurement and replacement of equipment as needed.

4. Client Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding new requirements and technical issues.
- Communicate client needs and feedback to the Project Manager.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service delivery.

5. Daily Task Management:

- Develop and maintain a checklist of daily tasks to ensure all technical operations are completed efficiently.
- Monitor daily site operations and perform necessary adjustments to maintain smooth functioning.

6. Operation and Maintenance Oversight:

- Oversee the overall operation and maintenance of both hardware and software at the site.
- Implement and follow best practices for system maintenance and support.

7. Reporting:





- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on site operations, issues, and resolutions.
- Document and report any technical challenges or incidents.

8. Site Supervision & Coordination:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the site and ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with on-site staff, technicians, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and adherence to site protocols.
- Allocate daily tasks to the site team and monitor their progress and completion.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, organized, and qualified manner.
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and operational guidelines at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding manpower requirements, site issues, and operational challenges.
- Escalate any major technical, operational, or client-related issues to the Project Manager promptly.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, incidents, maintenance, and other relevant operational matters.
- Ensure all site equipment, installations, and facilities are properly handled and protected from damage or misuse.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
