Site Supervisor

Job Summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day execution of hospital fit-out works including civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical gas services. The role involves coordinating with contractors and ensuring that all works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Supervise daily hospital fit-out activities including civil works, gypsum partitions, flooring, ceiling, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas pipeline system (MGPS).

- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.




- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure quality control and proper finishing standards as required for hospital environments.
- Check material deliveries, storage, and usage at site.
- Assist in site measurements and verification of contractor bills.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with healthcare construction standards.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or coordination problems to the Project Manager.

Key Skills Basic knowledge of hospital construction and interior fitout works.

- Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and BOQ.
- Valuable coordination and contractor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
- Understanding of site safety and quality practices.
