Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Kozhikode

Employment: Full-time

Reporting To: Manager – Operations / Management

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities
- Coordinate workers, contractors and vendors
- Ensure work is completed as per approved design and drawings
- Monitor quality, progress and timelines
- Check material requirements and site availability
- Coordinate material delivery and usage
- Maintain daily site updates and progress reports
- Identify and report site issues to Management
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site
- Coordinate with the design and operations team

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in interior/site supervision
- Knowledge of interior works and materials
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to read basic drawings
- Solid site management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: ₹10,145.92 - ₹25,343.43 per month
