Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically sound Interior Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in the timely completion of projects.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of interior design estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material estimation, and basic project costing to support accurate planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at site.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper installation of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements.
- Prepare and verify material quantity estimates and quantity take-offs based on drawings and site measurements.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior works.
- Support project estimation and basic costing for materials, labour, and execution requirements.




- Compare estimated quantities with actual site requirements and identify variations.
- Coordinate with designers and project managers to understand design specifications and estimation requirements.
- Track material deliveries and maintain accurate site inventory records.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure work progresses as per the project schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after execution.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, material shortages, and deviations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper material handling.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, measurements, estimation records, and site documentation.
- Assist in snag rectification and final project handover.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Good knowledge of interior design estimation and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to prepare, read, and verify BOQs for interior projects.
- Understanding of material quantities, specifications, labour requirements, and basic project costing.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior installation.




- Ability to take accurate site measurements and convert them into quantity requirements.
- Understanding of carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to identify quantity variations and additional work requirements at site.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision and execution.
- Experience in interior estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
- Experience handling apartments, villas, commercial spaces, and turnkey interior projects.
- Prior experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, carpenters, and other site teams will be an advantage.
