Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This position monitors construction progress, ensures work is carried out according to project plans and quality standards, and coordinates with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

Supervisor tracks materials and resources, verifies adherence to safety regulations, and reports on site status, issues, and timelines. The role includes maintaining accurate site documentation, supporting problem resolution,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Supervisor also helps manage schedules, supports inspections, and contributes to efficient, safe, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- MONTHLY SALARY - 10000/- to 15000/-
- Experience supervising construction or infrastructure project sites, including day-to-day coordination and oversight.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control practices for on-site work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation, including use of common office and site management software.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects; prior work in investment-backed developments is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
