We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and interior work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour and project teams
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as scheduled
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution
- Manage site activities, manpower and material requirements
- Review drawings and coordinate with design teams
- Maintain site safety and execution standards
- Prepare regular site progress updates
- Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution and interior works
- Experience in labour and vendor coordination
- Good understanding of materials and construction processes
- Knowledge of BOQ and material management preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities effectively
