We are looking for a sharp, presentation-driven Site Manager to handle day-to-day operations and client relationships at a premium corporate cafeteria setup. This role is a mix of ground operations management and high-end front desk/guest relations.

As the main point of contact on-site, you will coordinate with food vendors, manage service staff, and ensure corporate employees and client admin teams experience smooth daily service.

Key Responsibilities

- Site & Cafeteria Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations of high-volume corporate food courts or cafeterias, ensuring timely setup and smooth service.
- Guest Relations & Front Desk Management: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for corporate employees, corporate visitors, and client HR/Admin teams. Resolve inquiries or complaints immediately with a high degree of professionalism.
- Vendor & Compliance Audits: Monitor food vendors, kitchen staff, and ground teams (housekeeping/front-of-house) to maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
- Billing & Digital Reporting: Handle daily sales updates, oversee POS/billing counter systems,



and manage basic digital operational sheets.

Required Profile:

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, front desk management, airline cabin crew/ground staff, premium restaurant management, or institutional catering.
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM), Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and polished verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be versatile to work in rostered shifts based on corporate cafeteria operational timings.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, cafeteria tech apps, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to commute to assigned corporate hubs within the Delhi-NCR cluster (Noida/Gurugram).
