- Job Nature
- Ability to handle Joining Formalities at Plant Site. Looking up Accommodation arrangement of new joiner, Prepare Employees Monthly Attendance. Maintain all employee files, scanning employee documents and uploading. Day to day interaction with site peoples.
Maintaining
Employee database and other key excel reports.
Offer
Letters, Appointment Letter hand over to new joining people, Employees query solve, Handle Sudden Accident case in Plant area. Coordination to Hospital, Police Station, Labour Office, PF Office ESIC office according to requirement.
