Role & responsibilities

- Supervise visual inspection of wind turbine components.

- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

- Stop work and escalate issues when non-compliance or safety violations occur.

- Coordinate with Nordex representatives and local authorities.

- Support deployment and ramp-up activities across multiple countries.

- Monitor subcontractor performance and quality compliance.

- Attend approximately one week of Nordex-provided training.

- Make independent on-site decisions when immediate guidance is unavailable.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of port operations and stakeholder management.

- Experience working with international and multicultural teams.

- Positive English communication skills.

- At least 1 year in port operations/environment

- Wind turbine, logistics, heavy lift, marine, port, or industrial inspection experience.

- Knowledge of quality inspections and safety standards.

- Ability to travel anytime and any where .

- Independent decision-making capability in field environments.

- Strong reporting, communication, and compliance management skills.
