Civil Engineer / Site Engineer – Real Estate ProjectsJob Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / myone to join our real estate construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications, monitoring quality and progress, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings and coordinate their execution at site.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per required standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors required for site execution.
- Check measurements and support quantity estimation, BOQ, material requirements, and quantity surveying.
- Assist in preparing and verifying contractor/subcontractor bills and measurements.




- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control and safety procedures at the project site.
- Monitor construction activities to minimize material wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
- Maintain records of site activities, measurements, inspections, and material usage.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and requirements to management.
- Support the project team during inspections, handovers, and completion activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills; AutoCAD/MS Office knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered based on the company's requirements.
- Candidates with internship/site experience in real estate or residential construction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
