Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site activities at project locations in Pune City, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to design specifications and quality standards. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating with contractors and site workers, interpreting drawings and structural plans, monitoring construction progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution.

The Site

Engineer will conduct regular inspections, maintain site documentation, prepare progress reports, and support quality control procedures and compliance with local regulations. The role also includes collaborating with project managers, civil and structural engineers, and other stakeholders to manage resources, address site constraints,



and keep communication clear and timely.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills, including experience working on active construction sites and managing day-to-day field operations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and to document site activities clearly.
- Candidates should possess quality control expertise, including familiarity with inspection procedures, material testing, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret structural drawings and ensure correct implementation on site.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering foundations, ideally with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with site-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under time constraints.
- Experience with local building codes and regulations in Pune or Maharashtra, and prior work on similar projects, will be an advantage.
