Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to handle day-to-day construction activities at our real estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality, measurements, material requirements, and timely completion of assigned works as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute works as per approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check measurements and quantities of executed works and support billing verification.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per required quality standards.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager / Project Head for necessary action.




- Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and proper storage of construction materials.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and communicate execution requirements to the site team.
- Coordinate with the QC team for inspections and rectification of quality issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety requirements.
- Support snag identification, rectification, and project handover activities.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Positive understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and waterproofing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity measurements and basic billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Real estate / residential construction experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
