Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.

- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing and other civil works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project management team.

- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of labour.

- Check quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.

- Take and verify site measurements and assist in BOQ and contractor billing.

- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain site records.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for suitable solutions.

- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of quality issues.

- Maintain proper documentation, photographs, measurements,



and progress records.

- Ensure work is completed within the approved time, quality, and cost parameters.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

- 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.

- Experience in construction, residential, commercial, or interior/civil projects preferred.

- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of civil site execution.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements and contractor billing.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

- Good manpower and contractor coordination skills.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to independently handle site responsibilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
