Role Description The Site Engineer Civil role at MGCPL is a full time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The role involves supervising daily site activities, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The Site

Engineer coordinates with contractors, workers, and project managers, verifies material requirements, and supports site documentation such as daily reports and measurements. The role also includes implementing safety practices, resolving technical issues on site,



and supporting inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design basics, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, basic project management applications).
- Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety and quality.
