- Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control for all site works, including concrete, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material usage records, and joint measurements with contractors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Conduct inspections and raise IRs for client/PMC approval.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and support the Project Manager in planning and progress monitoring.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure work is completed within schedule and quality standards.
