Job Title: Site Data Entry Operator – Mechanical

Location: Project / Site Location

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical Trade
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in site data entry or mechanical site work.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily mechanical site data and records.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain manpower attendance and deployment records.
- Record material receipt, consumption, and stock.
- Maintain equipment and machinery records.
- Update daily work progress and completion status.
- Collect and verify data from site engineers and supervisors.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Maintain proper physical and digital documentation.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

Required Skills

- Valuable computer and data-entry skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of mechanical site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at a project/site location.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
