6–10 years’ experience in site execution, ideally in retail/restaurant interiors, fit-out, or commercial projects with exposure to civil and carpentry work.

Proven track record in material calculation, BOQ preparation, and billing support is a strong plus.

Knowledge of Excel and Autocad is must.

Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising civil construction works, ensuring adherence to design specifications,



safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and preparing site reports and documentation. The role involves reviewing drawings, assisting with planning and execution of stormwater and drainage systems, resolving technical issues on-site, and supporting adherence to timelines and budgets. The engineer will also participate in inspections, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of site processes and practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Planning skills and experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams on site coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site infrastructure systems.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, interiors, or commercial projects, preferably with on-site supervision responsibilities.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency with civil engineering software and basic CAD tools, along with strong MS Office skills.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities, with a focus on safety and project deadlines.
