About the Role

We are looking for a Site Architect to join our construction team at our Pali project, primarily responsible for architectural coordination, site execution, drawing interpretation, and ensuring that construction work is carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.

Candidates with experience in high-rise residential construction projects will be preferred. Since the project is located in Pali, candidates from Pali, Roha, Khopoli, Panvel, Raigad, or nearby areas will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret architectural, working, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, contractors, and site engineers for day-to-day architectural requirements.
- Monitor architectural works at site to ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations, discrepancies, and execution issues.
- Coordinate with the design/architectural team for drawing clarifications and revisions.
- Check dimensions, levels, layouts, finishes, and other architectural details at site.
- Ensure proper implementation of architectural details during construction.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, and other site teams to resolve interface-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain site-related architectural reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and finish details.
- Monitor the quality and progress of architectural works.
- Raise RFIs/queries wherever clarification is required from consultants or architects.




- Ensure that site execution follows approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of architectural works.
- Maintain records of approved drawings, revisions, and site instructions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural site execution.
- Valuable understanding of high-rise residential construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and working drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Strong site coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work at a construction site in Pali.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Arch qualified.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural site execution.
- Experience in high-rise residential / real estate projects preferred.
- Candidates from Pali and nearby locations will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work at the Pali construction site.
- Candidates with strong site coordination skills and practical construction knowledge will be preferred over purely design-oriented profiles.
