Mandatory Skills:

- Siebel configuration/eScript/Workflows
- Siebel Open UI
- Siebel EAI - Webservices - inbound and outbound, MS MQ integration
- Robust knowledge in Siebel data model
- Good communications and documentation skills
- Write and optimize server-side/client-side Siebel eScript and Business Services. Analyze logs to troubleshoot performance issues
- Should be able to lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices
