We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales & Customer Service Executive to manage daily showroom operations. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales, operating computer systems, and managing billing processes to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Rotational Shift I : 9 am to 5:30 pm and shift II : 12 pm to 9:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Service

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a skilled and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products

Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Sales Responsibilities

Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers

Actively support in achieving monthly sales targets

Maintain strong product knowledge to improve sales effectiveness

Billing & Cash Handling

Generate bills accurately using billing software or computer systems

Handle cash, card, or digital payment transactions responsibly

Ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied





Computer Operations

Maintain sales records, billing entries, and customer data in the system

Update stock or product information when required

Prepare basic reports if needed by management

Showroom Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products in the showroom

Ensure a welcoming and organized display of items

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education:Diploma / Any Degree (preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic sales ability and willingness to learn

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Preferred Experience

0–1years of experience in retail sales, showroom, or customer service roles

Work Environment

Retail showroom setting

Customer-facing role requiring active interaction throughout the day

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
