Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom sales and operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and support the team in closing sales.
- Monitor product displays, stock availability, and showroom cleanliness.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Train new sales executives/promoters on products and sales techniques.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management for stock, pricing, offers, and sales activities.
- Monitor team attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales/retail sales.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Candidates from electronics, hardware, software, CCTV, laptop, mobile, or retail sales backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
