Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Script Writer Intern to join our Influencer Marketing team. The role will focus on creating engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, short-form advertisements, and influencer-led content.

The candidate will analyse an influencer’s profile, personality, niche, audience, and existing content to create scripts that match their natural communication style while effectively communicating the campaign objective.

Key Responsibilities

Write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, video ads, and influencer campaigns.

Analyse influencer profiles and adapt scripts according to their personality, niche, and audience.

Create strong hooks and engaging storylines designed to capture and retain attention.

Write scripts for promotional, educational, testimonial, and performance-based content.

Integrate brand messaging and CTAs naturally into scripts.

Research trending Reels, ad formats,



hooks, and content styles.

Develop multiple script variations to test different creative approaches.

Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing and Content teams.

Incorporate feedback and deliver final scripts within deadlines.

Requirements

Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and video advertisements.

Ability to write concise, engaging, and conversational scripts.

Understanding of hooks, retention, CTAs, and audience psychology.

Ability to adapt writing style for different influencers and target audiences.

Strong research and creative thinking skills.

Valuable command of English and/or Hindi/Hinglish.

Ability to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective scripts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in short-form scriptwriting, content writing, social media, or influencer marketing.

Experience writing scripts for Reels, video ads, or creator-led campaigns.

Understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives.

Experience working with influencers or content creators.

Portfolio containing Reels, ad scripts, or other short-form content samples.
