We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Executive to manage USA shipments and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in order processing, shipment coordination, courier handling, and tracking international deliveries efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process USA shipping orders on daily basis
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and required documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Communicate with USA clients regarding shipment updates
- Maintain shipment records and reports
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Handle returns, exchanges, and shipping claims when required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations




- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of courier platforms and shipment tracking systems
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in USA time zone

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS operations
- MS Excel and reporting skills

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
