Role & responsibilities
- Shift-wise production & manpower management
- Extrusion Blow Moulding machine operation & process setting
- Mould changeover, troubleshooting & parameter optimization
- Production, rejection, downtime & OEE improvement
- Quality compliance and coordination with QC/Maintenance
- Process trials and productivity improvement
- 5S, safety & shop-floor discipline
- Proper shift handover and production reporting
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Plastics
- 37 years of relevant Blow Moulding experience
- Experience in HDPE Drums, Barrels, Containers or similar products
- Solid knowledge of machine/process parameters and troubleshooting
