Position : Service Manager

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise the complete service & maintenance team.
- Lead and coordinate mechanics and technicians.
- Plan and monitor daily workshop activities.
- Ensure proper vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Manage workshop machines, tools and equipment.
- Monitor technician performance and productivity.
- Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints.
- Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor spare parts, tools and service requirements.




- Ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.

QUALIFICATION

- Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of automobile service and maintenance.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Senior Service Advisor is preferred.
