Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules, overseeing the technical lifecycle from initial discovery to final deployment and post-go-live support.
- Provide expert guidance on platform configuration, customization, and integration strategies to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets functional and non-functional needs.
- Mentor development teams by conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying ServiceNow ITSM, FSM,



and CSM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural decisions and project roadmaps.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including advanced scripting, integration with third-party systems, and data modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering robust solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, and Pune.
- A minimum of 8 to 15 years of skilled experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a focus on delivering high-value enterprise outcomes.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications
