Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow & SnapLogic Developer with 5–7 years of IT experience to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-level integrations between ServiceNow and various business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, SnapLogic integration, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and cloud-based integration solutions . The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable integrations, enhancing ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules , including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Design, develop, and maintain SnapLogic pipelines for enterprise application integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party/business applications using REST and SOAP APIs .
- Configure and customize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow components .
- Develop and maintain reusable integration solutions using JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL .
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize ServiceNow and SnapLogic integrations for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and other technical teams in an Agile environment .
- Participate in production support, issue resolution,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow development standards, version control, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic pipeline development and integration .
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL .
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow ITSM
- CMDB
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Good understanding of cloud-based integration concepts and enterprise integration patterns .
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments .
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or relevant certifications .
- Experience with multiple enterprise applications and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on ServiceNow and SnapLogic developer who can independently develop integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile setting.
